ABOUT COMPLEMENTARY THERAPIES

Complementary Therapies are widely accepted and regularly used by many thousands of people.
Each year the numbers increase as more and more come to realise that the Holistic approach adopted by Therapists can help with symptoms and root causes, affecting the entire Being - Body, Mind and Spirit.

At the Centre you will find a warm welcome and a caring atmosphere. All Therapists are fully trained practitioners, many having long years of experience. The extensive range of treatments available allows ample scope for patients to choose what each feels appropriate. Guidance is available for those seeking advice on which therapy to choose.

Complementary Therapy is invaluable as a method of improving your physical health, relieving stress and tension, bringing about balance and harmony in your life and creating a sense of well-being. It should not be thought of as something just for those times when you are unwell. Complementary Therapy can be of great value as a tool for self-development and personal growth.

The body has a tremendous ability to self-heal but sometimes needs assistance. The pace of life today, pollution, stress, poor nutrition, lack of exercise and much more have all made that self-healing process more difficult. The Therapies available at the Centre can help kick-start the individual's natural healing the process.
